Surplus and used tooling supply: Our primary objective is to provide our customers with a cost effective way to access used tooling in a 'new' or 'nearly new' condition. S2 Aerospace is a highly respected tooling manufacturer. This experience and expertise of our workforce is utilised to refurbish previously used tools to a very high standard. All necessary certification is provided including load tests and inspection reports.
Keeping your existing tooling in tip top condition: Customers benefit from sending thier tooling to S2 for repair, calibration, testing and refurbishment. This can considerably extend the life of their tools.
What is an S2 refurbshed tool?
An S2 refurbished tool has undergone many stages and processes before we are prepared to sell it as 'S2 refurbished' :
Inspection: before refurbishement, at every stage within the rufurbishment process, and final inspection,
Rectification: as necessary our extensive manufacturing capabilities are utilized to repair and rectify.
Replacement: any missing parts will be replaced, from pip pins, fasteners to damaged details.
Surface treatments: including black oxide, anodize, painting applied as required.
Certification: Load test, proof test, electrical test, Inspection reports, - whatever is necessary to make the tool compliant.
